This grindhouse favorite contains a great deal of softcore nudity and simulated sexual activity. Much of its modest charm comes from a fresh, enthusiastic young cast led by Terry Gibson as precocious hillbilly farmgirl Moonbeam Swiner. Director Bethel Buckalew runs through the usual gamut of farmer's daughter/traveling salesman jokes fairly quickly, but also includes some unexpected oddities like the hero (Peter James) sodomizing a hapless motorist and Gibson letting a pig root for her love-truffles. Offbeat and kinky, this is sleaze like they just don't make anymore. Fans will also want to look for the much better sequel, Country Cuzzins...

Quando l'amore è oscenità, or more commonly known as Oscenità, is a very rare and hard to find film. I only know of two sources which carry it. Of all the hype I've heard of this little known rarity, it does stand up to what is said. This movie does deliver the goods. This masterpiece directed by Renato Polselli (aka Ralph Brown) was made in 73, but censors deemed the movie too demeaning towards women. The films dialog was changed and not released until 79, taking on a different approach-now aimed at masculine perversions. Oscenità surely beats out the "sexploitation" competition by D'Amato and others. The film presents an array of nasties, from intercourse with a tree branch, candle masturbation, whipping, switchblade foreplay, orgies, a woman urinating in a bucket, black magic lesbian rituals, toe masturbation & women fooling around with a real corn on the cobb.The film is only in Italian with no subtitles. The picture was not the best quality (which I think actually adds a surreal look to the film), but it was a very interesting viewing experience. I highly recommended this film for fans of exploitation and the obscure...

Ползелли считал, что его картина должна стать уроком непристойности, а главной непристойностью он считал религию. Не удивительно, ведь он является ярым атеистом. В итоге «Непристойность» вышла в 1979 году, хотя была снята ещё в 1973. Полная версия фильма содержит всё: от детально показанного хард-корового секса до совокуплений с ослом; и считается одним из самых шокирующих и жестких порно фильмов всех времён. Многие говорят, что это первый откровенный итальянский порно фильм. В том же 1973 году Ренато снял ещё одну ленту «Размышления психиатра о мире развратного секса» (Rivelazioni di un psychiatra sul mondo perverso dell sesso), очень похожую на «Непристойность» и с тем же Изарко Равайоли в главной роли...

Isarco Ravaioli è il dottor Roberts, moderatore di un singolare dibattito tra la fragile Mireille, vittima di una serie di prevaricazioni fisiche e psicologiche, e gli stessi individui responsabili del suo dramma. La vicenda le offre lo spunto per una disamina sul concetto di oscenità e sull'eterna vessazione dell'uomo nei confronti della donna, esemplificati attraverso una serie di filmati che vanno dalle testimonianze bibliche alle opinioni di gente comune. Realizzato nei primi anni '70 con il titolo di Quando l'amore è Oscenità, il film fu rifiutato dalla Censura per il contenuto sovversivo, costringendo l'autore a un radicale cambiamento dei dialoghi per una nuova versione che sarebbe apparsa nelle sale soltanto nel 1980...

Two Austrian sisters Dagmar and Ursula Beyne go on holiday along the Amalfi coast in Italy, in the hope of finding their mother, who deserted them when they were young, they have recently inherited some money after the death of their father and want to share some of it with their mother. Ursula is quite a fragile girl though and on medication ever since the loss of her father. She also is somewhat telepathic and can foresee bad events in an instant. They book into a local hotel where Ursula's visions continue, she tells Dagmar her sister to stay clear of Filippo, a man who hangs out in the hotel bar as she says he will cause her death. Filippo is a heroin addict whose lover "Stella Shining" is the night club singer at the hotel, but that relationship is soon in trouble and Filippo makes his move on Dagmar. Meanwhile a masked and leather gloved man hires a local hooker, he wants to be a voyeur while she makes love to another man, she agrees and he hides behind the curtains in her room to watch the proceedings. When the deed is done the stranger savagely kills the hooker. Ursula wakes from her sleep with a scream, as she has felt that something bad has happened, she pleads with Dagmar that they should leave this place before its too late, but they disagree and stay. A young amorous teenage couple are turned away from the hotel and make their bed in a deserted part of the hotel, mid coitus they are interrupted by the killer, who slashes the boys throat before doing heinous acts on the girl. The shocking murders continue in abundance as the frantic search for the killer continues...

The Italian giallo eventually suffered a lingering, painful death, merging with the inferior American slasher movies in the 1980's and the vastly inferior American "erotic thrillers" in the 1990's (with which today it is virtually indistinguishable). It was clear though that the rot had set in as early as the late 70's with films like "Play Motel" or this one where the sex and nudity that had always been used to season the genre seemed to become its very reason for being...

Tiene una especie de telepatía que puede ver las cosas malas que pasan. Se alojan en un hotel local donde las visiones de Ursula continúan. Una serie de extraños asesinatos ocurren en el hotel y sus alrededores cometidos por alguien enmascarado y con guantes negros y de tendencias voyeur, ya que todos sus crimenes se cometen tras el acto sexual de sus victimas…Con todos los clichés del giallo más el añadido de elevadisimas dosis de desnudos y sexo, además de una trama macabra hacen que sea una muy entretenida peli, de bonita foografía, que puede satisfacer tanto a los que les guste el giallo como el eurotrash más enfermo, como por ejemplo títulos del estilo de Giallo a Venezia o Play Motel.
