Despite the fact that Ilsa was killed at the conclusion of her notorious debut film, Ilsa, She Wolf of the SS, she returns (seemingly unaged) decades later as the strutting headmistress of a sadistic charm school for a power-mad sheik's harem of sex slaves. She masterminds a conspiracy to turn her trainees into veritable sex bombs--they explode upon orgasm--and auctions them off to her master's rivals. Meanwhile, a Henry Kissinger look-alike leads an investigation into the sheik's affairs with a couple of double agents, including one studly guy who tames Ilsa with his insatiable sexual prowess. Campier than the first film, it still offers its share of sick torture scenes and brutal violence (one man takes a hammer and chisel to a woman's bridgework to please her new master, who purrs, "I do not like the scrape of teeth"). Dyanne Thorne delivers an appropriately over-the-top performance, full of eye-rolling glares and German-inflected growling. Russ Meyer regular Haji and sex star Uschi Digard costar as harem slaves, and Tanya Boyd and Marilyn Join are delightfully memorable as Ilsa's well-oiled kung-fu-kicking Nubian sidekicks.    It was too good to be true. The first installment of the ILSA series was seriously depraved and I loved every freakin’ minute of it. I just knew…deep down inside…it just couldn’t get any better (or worse). ILSA – Harem Keeper of the Oil Sheiks just wasn’t up to snuff with the original. There were tons o’ titty, bushels of beaver and armloads of asscheeks but there just wasn’t enough sleaze to accompany all those fabulous body parts. What good is jiggle without hands to accompany it? What good is having Dyanne Thorne in your film if the goodies are barely shown?
   ILSA (Dyanne Thorne) is back! The Mistress of Cruel Pleasures is now the keeper of the greedy, dastardly El Sharif’s (Jerry Delony) harem. She runs the day to day operations including having new girls kidnapped, brought back to the palace, shaved, oiled and taught by force how to use their tongues. Rough job! El Sharif’s land is overflowing with oil but he’s not looking to allow the oil to run freely. Not without an extremely large price. This, of course, upsets the United States and they decide to send Kaiser(Richard Kennedy) and Commander Adam (Max Thayer) of the U.S. Navy (secretly N.S.A.) to El Sharif’s palace in order to persuade him to increase the oil.
Treacherous traitors and assassins are everywhere though and El Sharif and Ilsa discover a plot by the Commander and N.S.A. to bug the palace using a spy. They torture the poor girl using various methods including a giant vice clamp to crush her breasts, flesh eating ants to chew off her foot, digging out her eyeball and a dildo machine used to deposit dangerous plastic explosives deep within cooter country.
Kaiser and Commander Adam arrive and Adam immediately hits it off with Ilsa. Dying for manaconda and unable to resist Adam and his roving switchblade, she hits the sheets with him, desperate for some lovin’. Problem is she gets hooked. Her loyalty to El Sharif is shaken and she begins to warn Adam of his upcoming execution. Before they can escape, both are incarcerated. Adam is locked inside an elaborate cage filled with tarantulas and Ilsa is strung up while a dirty, diseased beggar is allowed to perform oral sex on her. Humiliated, she agrees to once again serve El Sharif.
Ilsa convinces her personal henchwomen duo, Velvet (Marilyn Joi) & Satin (Tanya Boyd), to arm the harem and eunuchs (dudes with their knobs sliced off). The uprising has begun! Will Adam survive the spiders? Will Katsina deliver her pussy payload? Will we find out who the mysterious prisoner is in the dungeon? Will we get more than 4 minutes screen time with Thorne’s massive sweater kittens? Wow, I made it sound so fucking fun. It really wasn’t exciting as I made it sound though. The film just felt “lighter” in tone. Sure sure everybody hates dirty stinky Nazi’s and that’s why the first film felt so dark and perverted but this had so much potential as well. The white slave trade is a very real thing and we just didn’t see enough cruelty. Hmmm…I can’t believe I said that but it’s true. After the first ILSA, I felt cheated with this entry. The elements were all here…Buck Flower, Richard Kennedy, Dyanne Thorne, Uschi Digard and a villainous Jerry Delony as El Sharif. Despite the “stars” being aligned, this was a cosmic catastrophe. Not enough sex, violence or gore. There was even a hint of comedy in this that just didn’t work well for me.
